What is The Thread Club?
The Thread Club is a free membership that is included with the purchase of a subscription. After your first purchase you'll be a member for free forever. Even if you cancel your subscription or place it on hold, you're still a member.

What's included with my membership?
After you become a member you'll be added to our exclusive members-only newsletter. You'll be emailed coupon codes, access to free giveaways and promotions, and have access to new products before regular customers. You'll also receive a personalized coupon code that you can use forever which will discount every one of your orders. If you're subscribed to products, you'll also receive your subscribed items with free shipping

Is there a contract commitment?
No, this is not a contract program. There is not legal contract or commitment. Simply subscribe to any products you'd like and we'll send them whenever you prefer (you'll choose during purchase). You can cancel at anytime or pause your subscription. Cancelling is free of charge and incurs no penalties.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We make is as easy as possible to cancel, simply click a button and you're done. If you'd like to cancel your subscription follow the following steps: 1) Login to your account 2) click on subscriptions 3) cancel, pause, or change your subscription. 

Can I return or exchange subscribed purchases?
Yes, all subscription purchases are treated the same as normal returns & exchanges, click the following link to learn more.

Can I change the products I am subscribed to?
YES, in fact we encourage it. Change colors, sizes, and styles. Any of our subscription products are interchangeable with similar products. You'll never go stale with a Thread Club Membership. You can even upgrade or downgrade at anytime.
